Bid Process:
This is a private, closed auction. Bids received will remain confidential.
Bidders must submit their highest and best offer prior to the stated deadline.
The successful bidder will be notified within 48 hours following the auction deadline.
Payment Terms:
The successful bidder must provide the full bid amount, in trust, to Provenzano Law within 72 hours of being notified of their successful bid.
If the successful bidder does not provide funds within this 72-hour period, the Seller reserves the right to immediately proceed with the next highest bidder.
Escrow and Asset Transfer:
Funds will be securely held in escrow by Provenzano Law until the transfer of all included digital assets (domain names, email subscriber list, and Facebook page) is complete.
Upon successful completion of asset transfers, funds will be released to the Seller.
Due Diligence:
Given the nature of the assets, no formal due diligence period is required or offered. Web analytics reports and validation of Facebook and email assets will be provided to the successful bidder immediately upon auction close.
