DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a short 20 minute hike through the British Landing Trail with a stop at Friendship’s Alter and learn how to identify various trees and other species on Mackinac Island. \n\n\n\nMeeting in front of the British Landing Nature Center and the walk will start at 1:30 p.m. The trail is narrow with roots and other obstacles\, watching your footing is advised. This is a free Mackinac Parks: 125 event! \n\n\n\nRanger Emily Kimmel who is a recent graduate from Lake Superior State University with a degree in Parks and Recreation and Natural Resource Technologies will be your guide. \n\n\n\nThis is a recurring event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Sunday\, Monday\, Thursday\, Friday and Saturday\, until August 30\, 2020
