My husband and I came to the Island in May for our anniversary, we had a great time, and loved the shopping. We were there for two days and weren't able to see everything, we are planning to come back next spring or fall. The Island is a nice place to get away and relax. Loved it!!!!

Mackinac Island is one of the best places to go for our vacation. IF we ever win the lottery, we will be buying a summer home there. We LOVE Mackinac Island!! It feels more at home to us than down here in the southern area of Michigan. There is no other place in the world that we would rather vacation to than this place.

All I can say is Wow!! Ever since I saw Somewhere in Time I have wanted to go to the island so for my 25th wedding anniversary my husband and I came to your beautiful island!! It was so much more than I expected. We stayed at the Grand from 06-14 thru 06-18-08. We were able to experience the Lilac festival parade on Sunday, what a treat that was. The island is just so beautiful and peaceful. The best part of our trip was waking in the morning to the sound of horses clip cloping along! It was truely a magical trip. I hope to return soon possibly in the fall.

After trying for several years to get my husband to visit the island, we made our 1st trip in June, 2007. We spent 4 nights on the island and had a wonderful time. The words to describe the island are beautiful and relaxing. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much we came back in October, 2007 and again in June, 2008. Hopefully, one year in the near future, we will be able to experience winter on the island. We Love Mackinac Island!!!

We were married underneath the mackinaw bridge on the Arnold cruise line. It was the sunset cruise. It was just the both of us and the official.. Nobody was expecting it but the cruise line.. They were awesome... We love this place and will come back for years to come.. It always will be a special place for us...

We visited for out 1st anniversity 22 years ago. Now our 23rd anniversity and our family had a great time.
Can someone tell me if there are any Ogden families that are or were a part of your Island.
My moms friend Jim that is 95 years old seems to believe he has a cousin/family who lives or lived on the Island.
